In town for the Blueberry Festival -- I was apprehensive about getting a chocolate malt made with custard but it was DELICIOUS. I had to ask for whipped cream and a cherry but who cares: this stuff is TOP notch. Closes PROMPTLY at 10pm on Weekdays.

Red Cabin Custard is a most-stop every time we're in Ely. They don't make ice cream but instead an amazing custard, which means it has egg yolks and a bit more fat. Even more importantly, it's not whipped up to add air like ice cream, but blended more gently to stay more creamy. It will melt in your mouth in sweet deliciousness. Note: cash only, no credit cards.
