Very clean, rooms were nice. Renovated bathrooms were a real plus! The shower was lovely. Easy reservation process and friendly owners.

The owner, Jim, was not around when we showed up (Ely is a small town; plenty of places close early or have odd hours during the winter) but he went out if his way to accommodate us and to show up even though he was taking his wife out to dinner that night. That's so serious customer service. The room was very nice, I guess they are renovating each room over the upcoming year. Overall, we are very satisfied with the price, location, and above all, with the owner Jim.
Nice place, comfortable and quiet. Would be 5 stars but there's only a fridge in the rooms, the microwave is in the office.
