Stayed here the night before and after a trip into the Boundary Waters. Fairly short drive to Ely and the guy that ran things was really nice.
Great campground! Beautiful sites (with electricity!) and well placed bathrooms with short walks from every site. The bathrooms were very well maintained with air freshener and hand sanitizer - by far the nicest FS bathroom I've ever been in. The only con was the walk to the water spigot was long, but if you bring containers to fill you'll be fine.
Quiet. Beautiful. Not many kids making racket.
