Great people, clean rooms, comfortable beds. The rooms are dated, but charming with an outdoors theme. I would definitely stay here again!
I love this place. Its an Old School motel. Very Clean, updated showers, and the couple who run the place are great. Mini fridge,microwave, and coffee maker are all included. Everything you need with reasonable prices. I will stay there every time I'm in Ely
Quaint and clean. It's a "vintage" motel. The rooms are small and the parking lot a bit crowded, but it is located within walking distance from most downtown businesses. The owners are pleasant and very helpful. We spent a Saturday and Sunday there while we checked out resorts in the area. It fit our need perfectly!
Very small rooms and parking lot. The rate was cheap and the room was clean. Good hotel for those who only need it to sleep and are outdoors for the day.
Perfect little room for our one night and allows dogs. I do mean a little room but it has a fridge and coffee maker as well as TV. It is nothing fancy but for a night of sleep before or after a Boundary Waters trip, it's exactly what a person needs. Parking lot is small too. We chose to park our truck on the street instead of in the lot.
