A big win for a birthday event!
Had a custom program for my nieces birthday party. Great staff and educational program. The kids loved it and enjoyed the individual attention.
You can see their wolf pack in person at the viewing area. They also have a gift shop with reasonably priced souvenirs.
Man it was a great time! Fresh snow and all of the wolves were out and about. A huge shout out to intern Morgan for being super informative and passionate about the wolves. Thanks for the session on artic wolves!
The International Wolf Centers' central focus is on educating the public about wolves, especially when it comes to misconceptions damaging to the species. Wolves have a sizable enclosure and are active when wild wolves would be active. You view wolves through very large glass windows, not fencing or bars. Some will come up to the window, and that is quite a thrill! If you enjoy watching caged animals driven insane with boredom, visit a zoo. If you want to learn something and see wolves as they are meant to be, the International Wolf Center is the place for you!
We were there for hours two days in a row. So peaceful and very interesting. And the wolves didn't disappoint us. Showed up and let us take lots of pictures!
The educational class for our group was fantastic. We got to learn about the Wolf and their sustainability within the wild. A wonderful day trip!
The center is large and has exhibits for young and old! The kids loved the youth area and spent lots of time playing.
