I recently purchased a Nils ice auger from Red Rock. The price was fair and felt good to spend my $'s with a small business, the backbone of America. I erroneously thought I had received the wrong sized auger upon my initial inspection. I emailed the folks at Red Rock and they immediately responded to my concern and pointed out that I was measuring my auger wrong. They also offered some tips for how to best use and enjoy my new auger that I have been wanting to acquire for several years now while fighting with my old one.
